Hello and thanks for stopping by today! Today continues this week’s featured projects made from new items in the upcoming 2018 Annual Stampin’ Up! catalog. I really like to color and an Animal Outing watercolor is perfect to pick a motif and feature on a card. There’s a matching set of dies that will be available in the catalog as well as some really fun designer paper!

Animal Outing stamp set
This week my projects have had a spotlight on Animal Outing stamp set. Today’s project is a small watercolor focal point. The rhino is stamped in the new Gray Granite ink and colored with Smoky Slate and Sahara Sand. Adding in a bit of Petal Pink in the cheeks and ears brought a sweet look to the sleeping rhino.
The background is created with a die cut from Detailed Floral Thinlits. It brings in nice texture without distracting from the colors in the focal point. For a visual demonstration of this project, find the video link below.

Having more ways to create a focal point on your project can make a project work for you. I hope you like this project and will come back to visit often! Thanks for stopping by today.
