Hello and thanks for stopping by today! Today is the January A Paper Pumpkin Thing Blog Hop, celebrating the Heartfelt Love Notes kit. Below are links to all of the blogs in this Hop, showing more ways to use the supplies in the box. I have chosen to create a shaker card and matching treat box. So much fun!

Paper Pumpkin Shaker Card
Oh my! This is a beautiful kit. Loads of card bases, vellum die cuts, banner stickers…. it’s all here. And everything needed to complete the cards is in the kit, including ink! What if there is another design that comes to mind with the Paper Pumpkin kit’s supplies? That’s where this Blog Hop comes in handy. I am inspired this month by the envelope stamp image. The stamp set in general is great! But that little envelope catches my eye above the others. I’ve created a shaker card to feature a flurry of love notes for this Valentine’s Day.
Paper Pumpkin Treat Holder
With the supplies from this kit, it’s possible to create not just a project according to the directions but something all new as well. The scalloped top note cards were the inspiration for creating a simple box. I swiped some of the boys’ candies to feature in the box, but don’t worry! I will have them back in the Skittles bags before they notice a thing 🙂
Here is a list of participants in the Blog Hop, I encourage you to visit all of the amazing projects! You arrived here from Sara Levin‘s Blog, and are over to Kimberley Morris‘s project next.
Here is a list of supplies I used to make this card project. Links are here that you can click to get product info and purchase items, at no additional cost to you, as well. Thank you for your support with your purchase
Having more ways to create a focal point on your project can make a project work for you. I hope you like this project and will come back to visit often! Thanks for stopping by today.

So hard to decide Jenny! Is it the super cute gift box? Or, the fun shaker card? Both are great alternatives.
Thanks, Sara!
OMG, I love the envelopes inside the shaker card! So clever! And the little box is adorable–thanks for sharing 😀

Thanks, Jennifer!
I’m on your pp blog hop and can’t seem to find tutorials on shaker card and treat box any suggestions?
Hi, Carole! The Paper Pumpkin tutorials I create are reserved for my subscribers, which they receive each month. We have a lot of fun with the alternate projects and I usually create four original designs. My Team and subscribers get them at no cost.
Love them both. The shaker card though…awesome!
Thanks, Audra!
