Hello and thanks for stopping by today! Today is the January Stampin’ Friends Blog Hop, featuring projects made with a common theme of love. When creating a project and a card that I’d like to coordinate, I go to the Gift Bag Punch Board to use DSP to create a bag to match a handmade card. Having the precise coordination of a gift set is a personal touch I include into my giving.

Myths & Magic DSP
Throwing together a quick project is easy when I can coordinate the patterned paper. Myths & Magic DSP is sturdy and holds itself up well for creating a gift bag. I chose the “large” size bag option for this project. I chose to create two different colored bags because these will be the Valentine’s Day gift & card for my boys. It will be filled with fun things and they will see the card at once and grab out the pretty mermaid. If you look closely, you’ll see the tissue paper is also stamped to coordinate with the cards and bags. Very easy to create and so much fun to include.
The Valentine’s Day card that matches the bag is my favorite! I made the height of the card just be able to show the mermaid on a heart show over the top of the bag. So now my boys will see the heart, grab it and easily remove the card from the bag. The card is an integral part of the decoration of the bag and is a hidden surprise for my boys 🙂
Here is a list of participants in the Blog Hop, I encourage you to visit all of the amazing projects!
