Hello and thanks for stopping by today! A beautiful bouquet of flowers evoke happiness for me, who doesn’t love flowers? I’m very excited to share that today’s project will be featured on the Color Throwdown Challenge. Last month I was chosen as a Featured Stamper, which allowed me to be a Guest in the challenge this week. I am thrilled and over the moon excited to have been chosen! Thank you to the Color Throwdown Challenge for having me this week.

Bouquet Bunch Framelits
I featured the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set last week but now want to draw attention to the framelits. Bouquet Bunch Framelits are versatile enough to stand alone. Whether stamping and using a framelit to cut out the image or just using the framelit as I have in this project, they are a fantastic resource.
Coloring Die Cuts
Die cuts are so much fun to color! Many mediums work to get the coloring accomplished but I have to say that Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers are among my favorite. The ink saturates the paper, so the color completely soaks into the paper. The back side of the paper usually carries color as well and it makes it easy to feature a die cut that won’t have a white back side to draw attention away from the overall effect. Such is the case in this project.
I added a few different pinks to get the shaded effect on the flowers and the blue with the Color Lifter on the greenery. Easy to accomplish, as you will see in the video tutorial.
