Hello and thanks for stopping by today! Today is the December Ink & Inspiration Blog Hop, featuring projects made from Fancy Fold papercraft projects. This Fancy Fold Magical Day card is inspired and created from a tutorial by AddINKtive Designs. Bronwyn from AddINKtive Designs has created the very best tutorials! I always look forward to creating with her tutorials and giving it a spin all of my own. I used the One Wild Ride Z Fold Slider Card tutorial to create my fancy fold magical day card with new products from the upcoming 2018 Occasions Catalog.

Magical Day stamp set
Dragons, unicorns and knights… oh my! I can not express to you how much fun I’m having to play with the Magical Day Bundle, from the 2018 Occasions Catalog. Toss in the Myths and Magic DSP and it’s perfection!
AddINKtive Designs Tutorial
When creating a fancy fold Magical Day card, I knew I would use an AddINKtive Designs tutorial. All of the projects are written with clear instructions and photos for each step. I most like how adaptable they are to creating a unique card.
Tips for creating this project:
There is a great deal of Myths & Magic Specialty DSP in this card. The paper pack is made of a very thick patterned paper and held up nicely for making a fancy fold. The slider area is all DSP, as well as the background sky. The figurines that slide are DSP as well and were a cinch to fussy cut and add to this project.
To create the atmosphere of a castle, the Brick Wall Embossing Folder was easy peasy, almost too easy!
This card may not appear to have a sentiment, or inside of the card, but look again at the photos… it’s on the back. The card folds completely flat and fits into a standard size envelope. The card also lays out completely flat.. so the slider figurines can duel!
Here is a list of participants in the Blog Hop, I encourage you to visit all of the amazing projects! You arrived here from Sandra Mastello’s fantastic Blog, see the list below for the next Blog in this hop.
Here is a list of supplies I used to make this card project. Links are here that you can click to get product info and purchase items, at no additional cost to you, as well. Thank you for your support with your purchase 🙂
