Bird Banter Balloon Card
Balloons and birthdays go hand in hand, but with bird stamps? What might be overlooked in the Bird Banter stamp set is a fantastic balloon! Paired with the new Glimmer Paper clouds and it’s a very happy birthday for anyone on your list.
My project is created with Bird Banter stamp set that was part of my 2018 OnStage Display Stamper products from the Occasions Catalog and SaleABration Brochure. The stamp set will be available for purchase January 2018. The Up & Away Thinlits Dies work great with the 6′ x 6′ Glimmer Paper and sentiment in this stamp set!

Bird Banter stamp set
There are three new products on this project! Can you spot them? The Bird Banter stamp set has the image of many different birds, but I chose not to use them in this card. Instead I chose the balloon to feature on top of these wonderful papers. New 6″ x 6″ Glimmer Paper packs are coming as well as Bubble & Fizz Designer Series Paper. I will share many more projects using these products in the near future.
Tips for this project
To allow the Glimmer Paper to show well, I die cut all of the clouds from Up & Away Thinlits Dies. Mixing the balloons among the sparkly paper. It really stands out in this project!
Don’t be afraid to only use the sentiment from a stamp set, if it’s a good one. Any birthday sentiment works great in my crafting and will really go a long way in my supplies.
Using Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers have a dramatic effect. Balance this out in the design with bright colored balloons and the clouds sparkle while the balloons pop right off the card.
