September Paper Pumpkin Kit
My Paper Pumpkin has arrived and I am very pleased with the September Paper Pumpkin kit! There are supplies to create cards and treat packaging. That, my friends, is a win-win for our household. Thanksgiving treats for school classmates or for my Thanksgiving table are DONE! Well, almost done. There are so many great ways to use the supplies in the kit. Let’s have a look at one of my ideas.
These supplies helped make a fun challenge card for the Fab Friday Challenge. Making a card project with a sketch is easy when it’s kept simple. I really like this design and hope you will go to the challenge page to view all of the cards.
September Paper Pumpkin Kit “Layered Leaves”
Paper Pumpkin Kit
What is Paper Pumpkin? Have you heard of it but not exactly sure what this pumpkin is? Paper Pumpkin is the brand name given to Stampin’ Up!’s monthly “mail order craft box”. Everything needed to create the project is in the orange box, just bring your favorite scissors. They even gift you a free acrylic block with your first kit! By subscribing to Paper Pumpkin, there is only the decision of where and what yummy drink to savor while completing your project. If you need more info, just ask me!
Fitting your supplies into a sketch design
There are supplies to make treat packaging and note cards in the kit but you know me… I have the urge to go further and show more ways to use the supplies 🙂 I’m creating a card that is not of the September Paper Pumpkin kit design. It’s easy and simple to duplicate! I added a Crumb Cake card base and Painted Autumn DSP to start. The Everyday Label Punch and a scrap of Gold Foil Paper are a nice draw to creating a focal point for this sketch. All of the leaves, the gilded tag and twine are from the Paper Pumpkin September kit. I didn’t use it all, there are lots more supplies!
measurements for this project
Crumb Cake card stock card base is 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ (scored and folded)
Crumb Cake card stock layer: 3 3/4″ x 5″
Painted Autumn DSP panel: 3 5/8″ x 4 7/8″
plus Gold Foil paper card stock to punch out
Here is a list of supplies I used to make this card project. Links are here that you can click to get product info and purchase items, at no additional cost to you, as well. Thank you for your support with your purchase 🙂
Having more ways to create a focal point on your project can make a project work for you. Thanks for stopping by today.
