Eclectic Layers die cuts for #GDP093 with Video

Eclectic Layers

This week at Global Design Project, there is a color challenge. The idea is to get inspiration from a set of colors to create in your new project. I am using Eclectic Layers Dies and the Oh So Eclectic Bundle in my project today.

Eclectic Layers Thinlits Dies & Oh So Eclectic

There have been a few cards I have created with Oh So Eclectic stamp set. Drawing inspiration from the color combo was a big help to get me from point A to Z. The colors are kept simple to allow the die cuts to really stand out. Keeping the stamping simple helps the dies bring a great accent and be the focal point of this project.

Among the many different dies in Eclectic Layers, I like the dies best that cut away the paper’s negative space. Thankfully this set was designed to also cut that negative space away from the paper to be used as a more traditional die cut. The large intricate die with the look of lace needs to be fussy cut away from the paper, but is well worth the scissor time! This die set is exactly what I have been looking for in my cardmaking ventures. I really hope you check it out and take advantage of the 10% off discount.
