Cool Treats

Cool Treats stamp set is perfect to create a fresh and summery card. Popsicles, ice cream cones, you name it! I used a few trending In Colors to create this sweet tasting card. To bring special interest to the card project, I used a few special effects for the red popsicle.

Splatter Technique

splatter technique

An easy way to add a sprinkle of color to a project is to give it some ink splatter! The splatter technique is easy and versatile. Here are a few ways to get the sprinkled look of color.

Place a few drips of color from an ink pad or reinker onto a clear block and dilute it with a drop of water. With a paint brush or Aquabrush, flick small amounts of color onto the card stock.

To add the glitz of Wink of Stella in little drops, squeeze the barrel lightly before tapping the brush against a clear block. The force of the impact will allow little splatters of shiny liquid glitter to spray onto the card stock.

Have fun visiting these friend’s blogs!
