Today I am making thank you note cards for gifts my family received at Christmas. I decided to also try out one of the new Sale-A-Bration stamp sets that is available free with a $50 product purchase starting January 4th. Any Occasion photopolymer stamp set is a unique set of words and phrases that create a banner. With this in mind, it was a snap to stamp a whole stack of thank you cards.
The Whisper White note cards & envelopes from Stampin’ Up! are not the standard greeting card size. The note card measures 3 1/2″ x 5″ once folded closed. Each pre-scored note card comes with an envelope, which makes it easy to create a card and send it off straight away. The cardstock is really thick too, so you really do not need to add any layers. Easy peasy, right?
For the card front, I used a piece of patterned paper as a layer which measures the height of the card, 3 1/2″ by 3″ wide. I want to add color and interest but not cover the entire surface. To hold the stamped image, I used white card stock cut at 2 1/2″ x 4″. There are a few steps to achieving the completed banner image. First I stamped the letters that spell thank-you, then I added the curved line. Adding the line second allowed me to see exactly where it would need to be placed. (I did test it out a few times first) For the ends of the curved line, I added the dangled string stamp and then went back to add the top part of the bow. The two pieces work together to form one stringy bow.
Here is a list of supplies I used to make this card project. Links are here that you can click to get product info and purchase items as well. Thank you so much for your support with your purchase 🙂

This is a really fun stamp set! There are several ways I can see to use the images in different projects. I count 8 different occasions at first glance but I’m thinking there will also be some “outside of the box” ways as well. Keep an eye out for this one 🙂 Thanks so much for stopping by today and I hope you come back soon.
