There is no sentiment on today’s card. For a change of pace,I am leaving that part off of this card. If an occasion arises, I can always add one. But for now I think I like this little guy the way he is. Cookie-Cutter Halloween is a stamp set with 4 different “trick-or-treater”kids, that will work nicely throughout the Autumn season. Today I have created a Fall themed card with the Scarecrow image.
I did the coloring of the stamped image with my Stampin’ rite Markers. Stampin’ Up! sells them in packs of colorways or in a complete set, and they are a very reasonable price. Using markers is a great alternative to Copic markers or watercoloring and it’s a great way to stretch your current craft supplies.
Featured also on the card is a dry embossed background. I used the Pretty Paisleys embossing folder with Very Vanilla cardstock. The medallion in the center is created with the Layering Ovals Framelits, which are so convenient in my card making proects! The card base is 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ standard US card base size and the vanilla layer is cut 1/4″ smaller in width and height. For sizing on the ovals, please refer to the Annual Catalog.
Here is a list of supplies I used to make this card project. Links are here that you can click to get product info and purchase items as well. Thank you for your support with your purchase 🙂
Thanks for stopping by to view today’s card project. Tomorrow’s post will continue the Technique series of Watercolor Smooching so be sure to stop back by. There is also a video for that card 🙂
